Leadership, Training and Service Culture in Ukraine’s Airmobile Forces

Modern military effectiveness depends on much more than weapons and equipment. It is built on professional training, clear responsibility, disciplined leadership and the ability of soldiers, non-commissioned officers and officers to work as one coordinated team.
